These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scout Underground ("we", "our", or the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY                                               

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scout Underground. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to users under 13.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT                                               

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. You agree not to create accounts for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. USER CONTENT                                               

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Scout Underground a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the App. All content you submit must be your own or posted with permission, be truthful and accurate, not violate any laws or third-party rights, and not contain harmful or illegal material.

5. COMMUNITY RULES                                              

You may not:

  - Harass, threaten, or harm others

  - Post spam, scams, or deceptive content

  - Attempt to scrape, extract, or misuse App data

  - Interfere with the platform

  - Upload illegal or harmful media

  - Upload content you do not have the rights to use

  - Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.

7. PRICING & CHANGES

Scout Underground is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, change pricing, or modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Scout Underground is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of event listings, band information, or App availability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scout Underground is not liable for loss of data, damages from event changes or cancellations, harm caused by inaccurate or misleading content, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The App may include links to ticket vendors, maps, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, logos, and code within Scout Underground are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. MODIFICATIONS

By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date below when changes are made.
